Warranty

Vendere Timepieces does not honor any manufacturer warranties because we are not authorized dealers for any of the brands we sell. If you receive a watch and it arrives damaged or is not functioning please contact us immediately. We need to be notified of any problem right away so that the condition of the watch does not change. We will only repair watches that arrive with a problem and are unworn by the buyer. We do not cover damage such as scratching, water damage, crystals, accidental damage, or any other form of normal wear and tear. In the unlikely event an item must be returned, please include a detailed note of the problem, your name, phone number, email address, and original order number in the package.
