Yes we do! We have a very simple process for selling a watch to us. Please fill out the “Sell a Watch” form on our website, or contact us via phone or email. Upon receiving information about your watch we will give you a free, no obligation quote. The quote will be valid for 48 hours. Quotes that are older than 48 hours are subject to change due to factors such as the market or change in condition of the watch. Once acceptance of the quote has been confirmed, we will send you a prepaid FedEx shipping label that you can use to send us the watch. When we receive it we will do an inspection of the watch to confirm authenticity and condition. We will then contact you to confirm the quote price, or any changes that may result from the details of our inspection. If you decline the full value offer we will require you to provide us with a prepaid shipping label. If you accept the offer we will then pay you via wire transfer or check.

Yes we do! Please fill out the “Consign a Watch” form on our website, or contact us via phone or email. Upon receiving information about your watch we will reach out to you regarding what we believe the watch will sell for. You will then need to fill out a consignment contract and return it to us. We will send you a prepaid FedEx shipping label that you can use to send us the watch. Our typical consignment period is 30 days and if you would like the watch back before the 30 days is up we will charge a $250 fee. If the watch doesn’t sell within 30 days and you would like the watch back we will return it to you at no cost. Once the watch sells, we will pay you via wire transfer, Zelle, or check.

CONSIGNMENT FEE: $750 fee for $10,000 or less sale price. 7% fee for all sale prices over $10,000.

Yes we do! Please note that you will be responsible for all import/customs fees. All packages will be valued at their actual sale value, as we comply with all customs laws. Additional shipping charges may apply for international shipments.

Vendere Timepieces does not honor any manufacturer warranties because we are not authorized dealers for any of the brands we sell. If you receive a watch and it arrives damaged or is not functioning please contact us immediately. We need to be notified of any problem right away so that the condition of the watch does not change. We will only repair watches that arrive with a problem and are unworn by the buyer. We do not cover damage such as scratching, water damage, crystals, accidental damage, or any other form of normal wear and tear. In the unlikely event an item must be returned, we will supply you with a FedEx shipping label to return the watch to us. Please include a detailed note of the problem, your name, phone number, email address, and original order number in the package.
