For more common pieces, sourcing takes approximately 1-2 business days. For more rare pieces, please allow us extra time to locate a piece for you.
All specially sourced pieces require full payment in advance and are non-refundable. We will provide you with thorough pictures and details of the watches for you to analyze and make your decision. Once the watch arrives to us we will do a detailed inspection to ensure it meets the standards. We will then complimentary overnight the watch to you or you can do a local pick it up at our office location. We provide a guarantee that the watch will be in equal or better condition
We offer consignment for all luxury timepieces. Consignment allows you to move out of a piece and get the most money for it. We typically do a 30 day consignment period. This gives us adequate time to market your timepiece to our extensive channels and client base.
We will provide you with a prepaid and insured shipping label to send us the watch. We will list it for the agreed price, but if any offers come in we will relay them to you for your consideration. Once the watch sells and is delivered to the client, we will pay you via wire transfer, check, or cash. If you would like to take your watch back within the 30 days, a $250 fee will be incurred. Anytime after the 30 days we will return it back to you at no charge.
CONSIGNMENT FEE: $750 fee for $10,000 or less sale price. 7% fee for all sale prices over $10,000.

If a difference is owed on your end to complete the trade, we will require this payment to be completed before we deliver your new piece.
