For all credit card transactions, a 3% processing fee will be applied to the total order amount. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with processing credit card payments securely and efficiently.

To safeguard against fraudulent activities and protect both our customers and our business, we enforce a 3 business day hold on products before releasing them for shipment or pickup. This hold period allows us to verify the transaction and ensure the payment is authorized and legitimate.

As an additional security measure, we require customers to provide a copy of their identification document (ID) when making a credit card payment. This requirement helps us verify the identity of the cardholder and prevent unauthorized usage of credit cards. The name on the ID must match the name on the credit card.
